Marketing Excellence Winner

Project VIDA

VIDA, by Pointcorp, was judged to have the final edge with an innovative brand, multi-faceted campaign and carefully executed marketing strategy, targeting and reaching a competitive niche sector of owner-occupiers to deliver excellent sales results.

VIDA comprises 144 apartments and two-level penthouses across two 12-storey buildings. It is located on the riverfront in West End, Brisbane. The marketing task was to develop a name, brand and campaign to drive sales by conveying the premium nature of VIDA’s offering. Scheduled for completion in mid-2015, more than 97 per cent of Vida’s apartments have been sold, achieving a superior rate of sales.

Providing a wide range of product to meet demand, VIDA demonstrated innovative use of marketing channels. This included the creative use of social media to develop a standout brand, which combined with the overall sales results, giving Pointcorp the edge in this year’s category.

Medium Density Development (Large) - Finalist

Sephora

Located in an unrepeatable location in one of Brisbane's most iconic streets the boutique Sephora complex represents Pointcorp's commitment to quality. With only 20 apartments and facilities such as a gym, sauna, recreational area and a swimming pool this project was extremely popular with 16 apartments selling in the first week. Sephora was completed and settled in early 2014.

Medium Density Development (Small) - Winner

Twenty on Queens

Twenty on Queens is an outstanding boutique development that demonstrates what can be achieved on a small site through its clever design. The project fits well into the surrounding streets of the suburb Taringa, whilst integrating well with adjoining residential properties.

Each dwelling within Twenty on Queens finds a balance between built form and open space; taking advantage of the views and the open air ambience. With so much development achieved in such a small site, it was a testament to the innovation and commitment of the developers to incorporate so many environmentally sustainable initiatives. Together the design and site responsiveness was extremely well met by the market, a true test for this type of project.
