We are happy to report the excavation of the basement is now complete. The team are now working hard to complete the footings and foundations as well as form the 1^st pour of the basement 2 slab on ground. Basement 2 will consist of three concrete pours completed over the next 3 weeks.

In addition to this, the crane has now been erected and is operational. Make sure you look out for the illuminated POINTCORP sign high over the New Farm skyline. The completion of the basement excavation and erection of the crane are two very good milestones for the project and we hope to see many more over the next few months.
