December and January have seen significant progression to the building internally andexternally. Levels 2-4 are now completed and locked and first round defects have been carried out. Levels 5-7 are complete and currently going through defects management with first round inspections to be carried out over the next week. Levels 8-10 are 90% complete with timber flooring being installed, final cabinetry items and final fix elements underway, these are expected to go into defects management over the coming 2 weeks.
Both Lifts are now commissioned with 1 in use as the builder lift. The roof top terrace is now fully completed and locked off and upper level landscaping and planters are installed with only ground floor and footpath landscaping to follow. The pool has been fully fitted and ready for summer.
Final glazing elements to complete the watertight milestone are underway. Some ground floor elements and access points have been delayed due to scaffolding, hoarding, and general materials handling and access points.
Basement elements are now fully complete with line marking to commence in early February. Practical Completion Target Date – 7 March 2018
