Construction has progressed well this month with over 70% of the basement retention wall completed. As Christmas approaches the piling rig will complete the basement walls and preparation will begin for the installation of structural piles. In the new year the excavation of the basement will commence. Despite the recent run of bad weather the construction programme remains on track and we are forecasting a completion date of mid 2019.
