A mostly dry month in August resulted in a successful month of civil and housing construction at Bloom Coomera. Our civil construction team are working hard to complete the lots for title registration in late October. This has involved the continuation of retaining, installation of water and sewer services, preparation of roads and the finalising of lots. The electrical and communications contractor has commenced on site in the last week of August and over the next month will install the electrical and communication services throughout Stage 5A, 6A and 6B. Our building team has continued to progress the construction of the remaining homes within Stage 7A and 7B, as well as make significant progress through a majority of the Stage 8A and 8B homes. With the ideal construction weather throughout winter, this has kept all build and delivery timeframes on target.
