Construction at the Amity Narangba estate has made substantial progress in the month of March. The major milestone this month has been commencement of streetscape landscaping in stages 1 and 2. Electrical and communications infrastructure is scheduled to finish in April with landscaping due for completion shortly after.

Titles are forecast for a May registration date with the first homes expected to begin construction in May. The much anticipated Amity display village is due to start construction in early May with construction expected to take approximately five months. The first four display homes are on track to be open to the public for inspection in September.
