Progress continues onsite with the high level Rock Anchors being installed and bulk excavation also continuing on our way to the bottom of the basement. However due to the disruptive rain over the past 4 weeks progress on site has been slow.

Between the 23rd February and 23rd March, approximately 12 working days have been lost due to inclement weather/rain. Compared with the original construction program, the builder is approximately 3 weeks behind where they should be on site because of the rain events.

With Easter now behind us and the weather looking promising we expect some significant progress in the coming months and we look forward to reaching the bottom and coming back up.
